Returns & Exchanges 

Shopping online can be a little tricky! Please check your size on our size guide to get your fit right first go.

If you would like to return your item/s please follow the steps below.

STEP 1:Email our Customer Service Team within 10 days of your delivery notifying us of your return. info@wisteriaandwillow.com.au

STEP 2: Our Customer Service Team will respond with our returns form

STEP 3: Complete the returns form that you receive via email

STEP 4 :Wrap up and send your order back to:

Please Note: Once your return has been received, please allow 2 days for your store credit or exchange to be processed. Garments must be in unworn conditions with tags attached. Due to hygiene issues, knickers are not able to be returned. 

*Wisteria and Willow will cover the cost of the exchanged size or style to be shipped out to you, however we do require the buyer to cover the cost of the return being shipped back to us*

We want to make online shopping as carefree as possible for you! We have 14 days of returns available for store credit and size exchange.

Need to exchange a size? We’ve got you! Please send it back within 14 days. 

  • If you need to change your size, simply follow the steps above.
  • Please note that we cannot accept underwear returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
  • Side note! If your size is no longer available for exchange, we will provide you will a store credit so you can pick another W&W piece to fall in love with!

Not your style? Never fear! Please send it back within 14 days for a Store Credit. 

  • Return your garment in unworn condition, with its tags attached and in original packaging for store credit, valid for three years!
  • Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of Underwear

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  • Due to hygiene reasons, Underwear cannot be returned for any reason.
  • Sale items can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
  • We only offer one free exchange; after that, shipping will be charged.
  • We accept returns for change of mind, size, and style changes for store credit or direct exchange.
  • We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged – Don't hesitate to get in touch with us at the bottom of this page if you have any issues with your product- we will get back to you immediately.
  • We will email you a store credit if your exchange size is unavailable.
  • Store credits are valid for 3 years!
  • Your return will be processed within 3 days of receiving it; you will receive an email from us when your order is updated.
  • All items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and in original packaging.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable
